Roof Cleaning Pricing

Each cleaning is subject to change, but we strive to make pricing a very simple formula. Rather than charging by the square footage like other companies we just charge based on the general size of the house while taking into consideration things like steepness (pitch) and how many floors.

One story regular size home

Expect to pay between $400 and $650 for a normal roof cleaning on a small to medium-sized home. Anything with 2-4 bedrooms and one story (or tier) will fall into this category.

Larger Homes/Steep/Multi-story

Due to the longer labor time for harnessing in, or climbing up multiple layers as well as general materials needed, a larger/steeper/or multi-layer home will cost a little more.

Expect to pay between $650-$1,000 for homes in these situations.

Commercial Properties / Tile Roofs

Due to the large square footage and the extra materials/time needed to do a multifamily, Commercial property, or tile roof, you should expect to pay more.

Expect to pay between $1,000 and $5,000, depending on the size and time to wash the roof.
